Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts finalization, bank reconciliation, GST compliance
• Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and maintain accurate records of company's financial transactions.
• Oversee general accounting functions such as bookkeeping, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Provide support in audit processes by providing necessary documents and information.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and statutory compliance including GST and TDS

• Ability to communicate financial data clearly and transparently directly to the ownership team

• Exceptionally honest and disciplined professional who thrives in a high-transparency environment

• A collaborative mindset with a focus on growing together rather than engaging in workplace politics.

• Ideally located near Pimpri-Chinchwad for a quick and convenient commute to the PCMC office. ( 5 min from PCMC Metro Station )
