• Maintain accounts, ledgers, and financial records for printing and publishing activities.
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment records for paper suppliers, printers, and vendors.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other tax compliance related to print media transactions.
• Monitor printing costs, paper consumption, and production expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Handle vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and distribution departments for financial data.
• Ensure proper documentation of printing orders, dispatch, and billing.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
• Understanding of GST and taxation
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of printing or publishing industry

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Accounting background
• 1–3 years experience in accounting (preferably in printing, publishing, or media)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
