Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Freshers with good accounting knowledge are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
• Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments and expense entries
• Prepare invoices and bills
• Maintain ledgers and accounting records
• Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Maintain proper financial documents and records
• Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting work
• Prepare basic financial reports when required
• Check accounting entries and identify discrepancies
• Support the management in day-to-day accounting activities

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or relevant qualification
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Experienced candidates with accounting knowledge are also preferred
• Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of GST and TDS is an advantage
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Responsible and disciplined work attitude
• Ability to learn and work independently
