Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented B.Com graduate to join our accounts team as a Junior Accountant. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling invoices, and supporting daily accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records
• Prepare and update purchase, sales, and expense entries
• Handle invoices, vouchers, and receipts
• Support bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
• Assist in GST filing and other statutory compliance work
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Work with accounting software such as Tally or Excel

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Tally ERP
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication
• Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree
• Freshers can apply
• Additional accounting certification is an advantage

Salary

• As per company standards / industry norms

Working Days

• Monday to Saturday
