What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Accounting: Record and maintain daily purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries in accounting software.
- Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Update and maintain general ledgers, sub-ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate GST-compliant invoices, e-way bills, and payment vouchers.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), vendor reconciliations, and customer ledger clean-ups.
- Statutory Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS payments, and related statutory compliances.
- Audit & Coordination: Coordinate with internal/external CAs, auditors, banks, and vendors for documentation and query resolution.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
