Accountant

·       Preparation of the Monthly financial statements

·       Ensure monthly/ quarterly closing within the required deadline including cashflow and financial statement

·       Ensure timely submission of quarterly Group consolidation reporting package via DIVA System

·       Supervise daily operation accounting functions. eg. Account Receivable, vendor payments, cash and bank transaction and inter-company

·       Handle Bank reconciliation

·       Review debtor’s Aging and inter-company reconciliation and credit risk management

·       Review Inventory fixed asset/ stock take in warehouse and coordinate stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy and proper accountability

·       Keep up to date on new accounting standard

·       Prepare and review quarterly GST tax returns

·       Handle audit with external auditors and other statutory filling

·       Working closely with Business units in budget and planning towards achievement of KPIs

·       Able to maintain strong internal controls, and to evaluate the adequacy of internal control system regularly

·       Participate in process improvement plan and implementation of finance and other operational work flow for organization

·       Assist in other accounting duties as assigned by Senior Manager (Finance)
