Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Additional certifications such as a Diploma in Accounting, Tally, or GST Practitioner certification will be an added advantage.
• CA Intermediate or CMA Qualified is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting functions. Your core responsibilities will include:

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Maintain and update day-to-day financial transactions and records.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.

GST & Taxation Compliance

• Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS filing, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Support with audits and tax documentation.

Experience

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related functions.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
