Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive to manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, billing, invoicing, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, books of accounts, and ledgers.
• Manage GST and TDS-related documentation and compliance.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with financial documentation.
• Manage billing and invoicing processes efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and maintain proper financial records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Understanding of GST and TDS.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, and voucher preparation.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable.
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com or M.Com qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the office in Indore.
