Junior Accountant – Palsana, Surat

Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Palsana, Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
• Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and accounting documents
• Maintain ledgers and accounting records
• Assist with bank reconciliation and bank entries
• Support basic GST and TDS accounting activities
• Maintain proper records of financial transactions and supporting documents
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable related activities
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with the senior accounts team for routine accounting work
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting records

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of purchase and sales entries
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS
• Knowledge of ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain accounting records and documentation

Eligibility:

• 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in accounting
• Candidates with experience as Junior Accountant, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Executive, or Accountant can apply
• Basic knowledge of Tally and Excel is required
• Candidates comfortable working in Palsana, Surat are preferred
