Accounts Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidates must be within a 5 km radius (Only 5 KM radius please apply for the job)

• Providing support to the Accounting Department

• Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc

• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

• Preparing financial reports

• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

• Coordinate and complete annual audits

• Provide recommendations

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

• Meet financial accounting objectives

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

• GST online Filling must

• GSTR 2A Reconciliation

• Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)

• Finalization of accounts

• TDS preparation for filling

• Interaction with banks for projection and provisional balance sheets, Assets and liability statement, Sundry debtor's Account, and other bank OD details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Tally: 3 years (Preferred)
• total work: 4 years (Preferred)
