Accounts Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally Prime to manage accounting and basic office coordination work.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting (Primary Role):

• Handle day-to-day entries in Tally Prime
• Create purchase bills, sales invoices, and basic GST entries
• Maintain supplier and site-wise records
• Prepare simple reports when required

Office Coordination (Limited Scope):

• Maintain basic documents (bills, quotations, agreements)
• Follow up for payments when required
• Update Excel sheets for internal tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Tally Prime (mandatory)
• Knowledge of GST entries
• Familiarity with Excel / MS Office / Google Sheets
• Good communication in Malayalam & English
• Organized and responsible

Candidates with experience in audit firms or accounting firms will have an added advantage.

Work Details:

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: Half day
