About Company: Leading distributor and retailer of luxury brands in Southeast Asia.

5 days work week, 9am - 6pm

Location: Henderson Road

Salary: Up to $3800

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, petty cash
• Prepare monthly GST reports and ensure timely submission
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
• Handle Supplier verification
• Daily collection reconciliation
• Annual audit
• Annual book closing for few entities
• Government statistic survey
• Monthly internal reporting

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Accounting
• At least 2 years’ experience in handling accounts
• Hands on and a team player who are able to deal with all level of people.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Possess strong independence, interpersonal skills, self-motivated and proactive, attention to detail and result-oriented
• Must possess analytical skills to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be computer literate, familiar with ERP system, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
