Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor payments, RTGS/NEFT transactions, and payment scheduling
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, party ledgers, and outstanding balances
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliation
• Verify purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment queries
• Maintain accurate accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
• Monitor receivables and payables aging reports
• Prepare MIS reports related to payments, outstanding dues, and cash flow
• Assist during audits and provide required documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements
• Handle GST-related reconciliations and basic compliance support
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manufacturing/trading industry preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems and payment approval workflows
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions efficiently
