Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries
• Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
• Vendor and customer account reconciliation
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable management
• Preparation of vendor payment schedules
• Monitoring customer outstanding and ageing
• GST reconciliation including GSTR-2B
• Assistance in GST return filing – GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B
• TDS calculation, deduction and return-related work
• Monthly ledger scrutiny and account closing
• Preparation of accounting reports and MIS
• Expense verification and reconciliation
• Maintaining proper vouchers, invoices and supporting documents
• Coordination with auditors and consultants
• Resolving accounting discrepancies and pending entries

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting ERP
• Good working knowledge of GST & TDS
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Good reconciliation and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
