Job Summary:

We are hiring a Accounts Executive to manage the overall accounts function of our Chennai branch. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in daily accounting operations, GST, TDS, and vendor/client coordination. Strong communication in Tamil, and basic English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations for the Chennai branch
• Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and financial records
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
• Coordinate with HO and local vendors regarding billing and payments
• Prepare GST, TDS returns and assist in audits as needed
• Maintain branch cash flow and petty cash
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up with clients

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Experience: 3–4 years in accounting (preferred)
• Location: Should be based in or willing to work from Porur, Chennai
• Language: Must be fluent in Tamil and basic English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
