Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare and file GST returns, including:
• GSTR-1
• GSTR-3B
• Annual GST Return (GSTR-9)
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Perform data entry and accounting activities using Tally.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using MS Excel.
• Reconcile GST and accounting data and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for required financial and GST-related information.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and statutory compliance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of GST filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and Annual Returns.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of Tally.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
