Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and coordinate with our GST and tax consultant to ensure timely tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records using Tally.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Coordinate with GST and tax consultants for GST returns, TDS filings, income tax compliance, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of GST, TDS, and income tax-related documents and records.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and other financial records.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of accounting and taxation details.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting and taxation.
• Hands-on experience with Tally is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Experience in coordinating with external accountants, GST consultants, and tax consultants.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
