Job Description – Accounts & GST Executive

We are looking for fresher candidates to join our team as Accounts & GST Executives. The role is suitable for candidates who wish to build a practical career in accounting, GST compliance and taxation.

Office Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / CA Foundation or CA Inter pursuing.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Passing sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
• Maintaining ledgers and carrying out bank reconciliations.
• Working on Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with Books of Accounts.
• Checking purchase invoices and Input Tax Credit eligibility.
• Preparation of GST workings and challans.
• Downloading GST returns, notices and documents from the GST Portal.
• Coordinating with clients for invoices, bank statements and accounting records.
• Assisting senior team members in GST notices, assessments and compliance work.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have basic accounting knowledge, good communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Candidates from an English-medium educational background will be preferred.

Freshers will receive practical training and exposure to accounting, GST return filing, reconciliations and taxation work.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
