Ben jij een barista pur sang met een zwak voor goede koffie én lekkere bagels?
Bij BagelBoy draait alles om kwaliteit – in onze sfeer, ons eten en dus ook: in onze koffie. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren barista die weet wat hij of zij doet achter de koffiemachine. Iemand die met liefde een perfecte flat white zet, oog heeft voor detail én het leuk vindt om soms een bagel te preppen of bij te springen waar nodig.

Wat ga je doen als Barista?

• Jij bent het gezicht achter de koffiemachine – van espresso tot latte art.
• Je werkt met precisie, aandacht en passie voor smaak en beleving.
• Je traint (nieuwe) collega’s in koffiekwaliteit en machinegebruik als dat nodig is.
• Je helpt bij de service en springt bij in de keuken als het nodig is – teamwork is key.

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt aantoonbare barista-ervaring en weet hoe je consistent topkwaliteit levert.
• Je hebt kennis van koffietechnieken, melkstructuur en extractie.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, snel en schoon – ook tijdens spitsmomenten en onder druk.
• Je vindt het leuk om onderdeel te zijn van een klein, hecht team.
• Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 2 dagen per week (16 uur), meer mag altijd, minimaal 2 weekenddagen per maand

Are you a true barista at heart with a passion for great coffee and delicious bagels?
At BagelBoy, everything revolves around quality – in our atmosphere, our food, and of course, our coffee. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced barista who knows their way around an espresso machine. Someone who loves crafting the perfect flat white, has an eye for detail, and doesn’t mind helping out with prepping a bagel or jumping in where needed.

What will you do as a Barista?

• You’re the face behind the coffee machine – from espresso to latte art.
• You work with precision, care, and passion for flavor and experience.
• You train (new) colleagues in coffee quality and machine use when needed.
• You help out with service and support the kitchen when necessary – teamwork is key.

Who are you?

• You have proven barista experience and know how to consistently deliver top quality.
• You understand coffee techniques, milk texture, and extraction.
• You work independently, efficiently, and cleanly – even during rush hours.
• You enjoy being part of a small, close-knit team.
• You’re available at least 2 days per week (16 hours minimum), including at least 2 weekend days per month.
