Job Summary

Breathe Pilates seeks an energetic, passionate individual to manage accounts receivable and payable, intercompany billing, and related finance tasks independently in a full-time, work-from-home role.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection and accurate recording of payments

Oversee accounts payable activities to process vendor invoices and payments efficiently

Execute intercompany billing transactions accurately to maintain clear financial records

Work independently to prioritize and complete accounting tasks without supervision

Adapt quickly to new systems and processes to support evolving business needs

Filing of GST and annual reports

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma in Accounting & Finance or Business Administration

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or customer service roles

Other Information

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3- 4 hours a day

Sundays and public holidays off

Location: Work from home

Job type: Full-time

Salary range: $900 - $1200
