Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Managing and supervising the day to day operations /business of the Branch by providing highest quality and professional commercial security service to its customers that reflects well on the International Brand of G4S
• Providing a service in accordance with customer service agreements and in accordance with the policies, procedures and systems (i.e. ISO etc), as laid down and amended by the company from time to time,
• Managing the business of the Branch profitably, efficiently and cost effectively, by maximizing the use of existing resources and improving business practices through developing/implementing new agreed techniques and ideas.
• Profitably growing the business by identifying and developing new customers and by maintaining existing customers.
• Ensures that all applicable internal company operational, financial, personnel and administrative standards, policies, procedures, instructions and orders are carried out, documented and implemented on a timely basis, updated regularly, monitored, effectively managed, supervised and communicated to all applicable operational staff accordingly.

Qualification

• Education bachelor's degree in management business administration human resource management political science or related fields
• Have experience working in security service management or related work
• Able to use computers (Word Excel Powerpointe-mail)
• With knowledge of labor laws and the security business act
• Has a tact and can solve immediate problems well. and have the ability to negotiate
• Be honest enthusiasm Responsible for duty, sacrifice and be able to devote time when necessary or emergency.
• Leadership and ability to manage teamwork and dedication to the company Set a good example for supervisors.
• Applicant is required to be fully fluent in Thai for this position.
