What they need
Key Responsibilities
Advise on the full range of P&I claims and FD&D claims, from initial notification to settlement, including reserve assessment, reporting, and member communication.
Provide clear legal/ general advice and assistance to Members on coverage, contractual, and insurance-related matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Members, brokers, correspondents, surveyors, experts, and external partners.
Candidate Profile
Extensive experience in handling both P&I and FD&D claims.
No less than 2 years’ experience in shipping, maritime law, or marine insurance.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proactive, service-oriented, and able to balance casework with team oversight.
