Als CNC Frezer krijg je de ruimte om jouw talent te laten zien - vooral als precisie voor jou vanzelfsprekend is en je een passie hebt voor het creëren van hightech producten. Technische tekeningen en specificaties lezen? Dat is voor jou geen probleem. Je stelt de machines zelf in en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen in het productieproces. Want hoe goed iets ook is, het kan altijd beter. Je werkt met kleine toleranties en produceert kleine tot middelgrote series van hoogwaardige producten.

Je bent proactief en flexibel.

Daarnaast heb je:

• Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 in verspaning.
• Ervaring als CNC Frezer in precisie- of kunststofverspaning.
• Kennis van verspaningscondities.
• Ervaring met het werken met kleine toleranties.
• Ervaring met Siemens- of Heidenhain-besturingen (pré).

CNC Miller

As a CNC Miller , you will play a key role in manufacturing high-precision components for advanced technological applications within the semiconductor, healthcare, and analytical industries. Working in a modern machining environment, you will independently set up, operate, and optimize CNC milling machines to produce small to medium-sized series with exceptional accuracy and quality.

You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings and specifications, selecting the appropriate machining parameters, and ensuring components meet strict dimensional tolerances. In addition to operating the equipment, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize machining processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain the highest production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently set up, operate, and adjust CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications.
• Manufacture precision-engineered components with tight tolerances and consistent quality.
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters for each production run.
• Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing process and efficiency enhancements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completed Level 3 or Level 4 vocational education in Machining or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a CNC Miller, preferably within precision machining or plastic machining.
• Solid understanding of machining conditions, cutting parameters, and production processes.
• Experience working with tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with Siemens or Heidenhain control systems is considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
