To ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to customers, warehouses, and dealers while maintaining accuracy in documentation, inventory reconciliation, transportation coordination, and adherence to customer delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Planning Coordination

• Plan daily dispatch activities as per customer schedules and production output.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Sales teams for dispatch readiness.
• Ensure on-time vehicle placement and shipment execution.

Inventory Management

• Verify finished goods availability before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch records and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate FIFO (First In First Out) implementation.

Documentation

• Prepare and verify:
  • Delivery Challans
  • E-Way Bills
  • Invoices
  • Packing Lists
  • Transport Documents
  • Customer Dispatch Reports
• Ensure compliance with GST and statutory requirements

Transportation Management

• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability.
• Monitor loading activities and vehicle dispatch.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Customer Compliance

• Adhere to OEM/customer dispatch requirements.
• Ensure packaging standards and labeling requirements are met.
• Resolve dispatch-related customer complaints and delivery issues.

System Reporting

• Update dispatch transactions in SAP/ERP systems.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
• Maintain records of dispatch performance and delivery adherence.

Quality Safety

• Ensure proper packing and handling of automotive components.
• Follow warehouse safety and material handling guidelines.
• Support internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5-8 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.

• Understanding of GST, E-Way Bill, and transportation documentation.

• Inventory and warehouse management knowledge.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• MS Excel and reporting skills.

• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
