E-Commerce Accounting

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Accountant with hands-on experience in ecommerce accounting, marketplace reconciliation, GST compliance and financial reporting. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the complete e-commerce accounting cycle — Orders → Sales → Invoices → Returns → Marketplace Deductions → Settlements → Reconciliation → GST → P&L → Profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage accounting and reconciliation for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Snapdeal and other marketplaces.

2.. Understand and analyze marketplace reports, seller panels, settlements, payments, returns, cancellations, commissions, deductions, claims and adjustments.

3. Handle payment, order, sales, return, settlement, GST, TDS/TCS and invoice reconciliation. 4. Prepare marketplace-wise, product-wise and SKU-level P&L and profitability reports.

4. Handle sales/purchase invoices, debit notes, credit notes and marketplace-related accounting.

5. Identify payment discrepancies, excess deductions, missing settlements and revenue leakages.

6. Manage GST compliance and filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C wherever applicable, GST reconciliation and input tax credit reconciliation.

7. Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records/books and ensure accurate ITC accounting.

8. Handle GST TDS/TCS, e-invoicing, e-way bills and other applicable GST compliances.

9. Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and maintain proper supporting documentation.

10. Handle TDS calculations, payments, returns and reconciliation, wherever applicable.

11. Manage bank reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation and month-end closing.

12. Prepare regular MIS, financial reports and management dashboards**.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
