GEPAWORLD, Greece’s leading apparel production and distribution company — proudly representing the athletic brands GSA and JEPA — is looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Retail Manager to lead the commercial development of our online store and the day-to-day management of our physical retail store.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the e-shop.
• Develop commercial plans, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate social media strategy and digital marketing activities.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and conversion.
• Manage the physical retail store and lead the sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service, merchandising and overall store performance.
• Coordinate online and offline commercial activities.

Must Have

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing and retail management.
• Experience managing a retail team.
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in Apparel Collection Development, including product selection, collection planning, market trends and coordination with suppliers or production.

Previous experience in the apparel industry will be considered a strong advantage.
