Ecommerce Content Associate

We are looking for an Ecommerce Content Associate to create, manage, and optimize product and promotional content across JG Superstore's ecommerce platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings across ecommerce platforms.
• Write accurate and engaging product titles, descriptions, specifications, and selling points.
• Upload and organize product photos, videos, banners, and other digital assets.
• Ensure product information, pricing, specifications, and availability are accurate.
• Optimize product content for search visibility and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and product teams for content requirements.
• Assist in creating banners, promotional materials, and ecommerce campaign assets.
• Monitor product listings and resolve content-related issues.
• Maintain consistency in branding and product presentation across online channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Business, or a related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in ecommerce, content management, or digital marketing.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
• Interest in cameras, gadgets, consumer electronics, or technology is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple product listings.
• Willing to work on-site in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Work Setup: Full-time, On-site
