Ecommerce Operations Officer

JG Superstore is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Officer to oversee daily ecommerce activities and ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient order processing and marketplace operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily ecommerce operations.
• Oversee order processing from order placement to fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor ecommerce orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, stock levels, and promotions.
• Monitor marketplace performance and operational KPIs.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor team performance.
• Assist in implementing procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Ecommerce, Operations, or a related course.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or online retail.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory, and marketplace processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Work Setup: Full-time, On-site
