该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities Application Layer Development: Responsible for requirements analysis, C-language coding implementation, unit testing and SIL testing of MCU-side application layer software (SWC) for intelligent cockpit products, ensuring code quality complies with MISRA-C standards. AUTOSAR Integration: Based on CP AUTOSAR architecture, responsible for interface docking between application layer components and BSW/RTE, proficient in calling RTE interfaces, COM signal interfaces and diagnostic service interfaces to complete software and hardware integration and debugging. Communication Function Implementation: Responsible for application layer logic development of in-vehicle bus communication protocols such as CAN/CAN FD/LIN/Ethernet, including signal parsing, message routing, network management and gateway forwarding strategy implementation. Diagnostics and OTA Support: Cooperate with underlying engineers to complete the adaptation of UDS diagnostic services at the application layer, and participate in the development and verification of application layer-related functions in the Bootloader/OTA upgrade process. Problem Troubleshooting and Optimization: Collaborate with the testing team to conduct system integration testing, locate and resolve functional defects, performance bottlenecks and stability issues on the MCU side, and output problem analysis reports and repair solutions. Documentation Output: Write and maintain technical deliverables such as software requirement specifications, detailed design documents, HLD and test cases. Job Requirements Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation, Vehicle Engineering or related fields. Work Experience: 3+ years of embedded MCU software development experience, including at least 1 year of mass production project experience in MCU application layer for intelligent cockpits (central control/instrument/HUD, etc.). Programming Language: Proficient in C-language programming, familiar with embedded data structures and algorithms, with good awareness of code specifications and experience in using static analysis tools (such as QAC/Axivion, etc.). CP AUTOSAR Architecture: In-depth understanding of CP AUTOSAR architecture specifications, familiar with RTE generation mechanism, able to independently complete SWC port definition, interface mapping and Runnable scheduling configuration. In-vehicle Communication: Proficient in CAN/CAN FD/LIN bus protocols and application layer development, familiar with DBC/LDF/ARXML and other description file formats, with experience in using Vector CANoe/CANalyzer and other toolchains. Diagnostic Protocol: Familiar with ISO 14229 (UDS) diagnostic protocol, understand OEM customized diagnostic requirements, able to independently complete application layer adaptation of diagnostic event handling, DTC management and data read/write services. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing mainstream automotive-grade MCU platforms such as Renesas RH850, Infineon TC3xx/AURIX, NXP S32K/S32G; Familiar with functional safety (ISO 26262) ASIL-B and above level software development processes; Experience in application layer development related to cybersecurity SecOC/key management.
