Embedded Software Engineer-BSW

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities BSW Configuration and Development: Based on mainstream CP AUTOSAR toolchains, be responsible for the configuration, code generation, integration and verification of BSW modules on the CP AUTOSAR platform, covering communication, diagnostics, storage, network management and system services, etc. Communication Development: Be responsible for the in-depth configuration and customized development of CAN/CAN FD/LIN/Ethernet communication protocol stacks (Com/PduR/CanIf/EthIf/SoAd/DoIP, etc.), and solve communication timing and performance issues in multi-core/multi-controller scenarios. Diagnostics Development: Be responsible for the configuration and development of diagnostics-related BSW modules such as DCM/DEM/FiM/NvM, support the full implementation of UDS/OBD-II diagnostic services, and cooperate with the application layer to complete the joint debugging of diagnostic functions. MCAL Driver Adaptation: Be responsible for the configuration and debugging of the MCAL layer (Port/Gpt/Adc/Pwm/Icu/Spi/Can/Eth, etc.), and cooperate with the hardware team to complete chip bring-up and peripheral driver verification. Complex Driver Development: Design and develop CDD (Complex Device Driver) modules for non-standard peripherals or special hardware requirements to ensure their compatibility with the AUTOSAR architecture. System Integration and Verification: Be responsible for the overall BSW integration and compilation, cooperate with the testing team to complete unit testing, integration testing and MIL/SIL verification of the basic software platform, and output test reports and issue tracking records. Technical Support: Provide BSW interface technical support for the upper application development team, assist in troubleshooting cross-layer software integration issues, and promote platform-based reuse and standardization construction. Job Requirements Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics, communication, computer, automation or related fields. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in AUTOSAR CP BSW development, with complete BSW configuration and integration experience in mass production projects. Toolchain: Proficient in mainstream CP AUTOSAR toolchains, familiar with the whole process of project creation, module configuration, code generation and version management. Communication and Diagnostics: In-depth understanding of AUTOSAR communication architecture, proficient in the configuration and debugging of CAN/CAN FD/Ethernet protocol stacks. Familiar with AUTOSAR diagnostic configuration, able to independently complete the configuration of diagnostic enable conditions, event triggering and storage strategies. MCAL and OS: Familiar with MCAL configuration of at least one mainstream automotive-grade MCU (Infineon/Renesas/NXP), and understand OS task scheduling, interrupt management and resource protection mechanisms. Programming Language: Proficient in C language, able to read and understand BSW source code, with CDD development capability and code debugging capability. Preferred Qualifications Experience in BSW module development for functional safety (ISO 26262), familiar with the implementation of Safety Mechanism at the BSW layer. Experience in configuration and development of information security (SecOC/Crypto/KeyM) BSW modules. Familiar with CP AUTOSAR toolchains such as Vector MICROSAR/EB tresos, with cross-platform migration capability.
