ERP Accounts Executive

**Job Description:**

* Handle day-to-day **accounting and ERP transactions**.

* Maintain purchase, sales, invoice, payment, and expense records.

* Process and verify **invoices, bills, and accounting entries** in ERP.

* Coordinate with purchase, sales, inventory, and finance teams.

* Perform **bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations**.

* Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.

* Maintain accurate financial and ERP documentation.

* Assist in preparing MIS reports and monthly financial reports.

* Support GST/TDS-related accounting activities and documentation.

* Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the ERP system.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field**.

* 1–3 years of experience in **accounts/finance operations**.

* Hands-on experience with **ERP / SAP / Tally** is preferred.

* Good knowledge of **MS Excel** and basic accounting principles.

* Knowledge of **GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations**.

* Good attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
