Voor een internationale logistieke organisatie in Rotterdam zoeken we een ervaren Expediteur Export die energie krijgt van schakelen, regelen en ervoor zorgen dat iedere zeevrachtzending soepel van A naar B gaat.

Van de eerste boeking tot de uiteindelijke afhandeling: jij houdt de regie. Je schakelt met rederijen, klanten, agents en transporteurs, bewaakt deadlines en kosten en grijpt in zodra er ergens iets dreigt mis te gaan.

Geen dag is hetzelfde — en precies dát maakt deze functie interessant.

🌍 Wat ga je doen?

Als Expediteur Export ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige exportproces van FCL- en LCL-zendingen . Je:

• Coördineert exportzendingen van A tot Z
• Boekt zeevracht bij rederijen en logistieke partners
• Stelt exportdocumentatie op en controleert deze
• Onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, agents, rederijen en transporteurs
• Bewaakt planning, levertijden, kosten en kwaliteit
• Lost operationele uitdagingen snel en pragmatisch op
• Zorgt dat de administratieve én financiële afhandeling klopt
• Houdt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere zendingen tegelijk lopen

⚓ Wie ben jij?

Je kent de dynamiek van freight forwarding en weet dat een goede expediteur niet alleen documenten verwerkt, maar vooral vooruitdenkt, schakelt en problemen voorkomt .

We zoeken iemand die:

• Ervaring heeft binnen freight forwarding / export
• Kennis heeft van Ocean Freight, FCL/LCL en Incoterms
• Beschikt over MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werkt
• Communicatief sterk en klantgericht is
• Goed Nederlands en Engels spreekt en schrijft
• Niet snel in paniek raakt wanneer een planning ineens verandert 😉
