Finance & HR Account Executive

About the role

This role encompasses both Finance and HR functions for the company and its related subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Accounts Payable & Receivable functions of the company and its related subsidiaries including making payment by internet banking or otherwise
• Prepare management reports and aging reports for management
• Maintain Fixed Assets register and depreciation / FRS 116 schedules
• Prepare GST reports for quarterly submission
• Update daily bank balance and perform bank reconciliations on a daily / monthly basis
• Maintain Petty Cash
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, centre administrators and auditors on a regular basis
• Prepare and process monthly payroll on a timely and accurate manner
• Handle renewal of employment contracts, resignation and termination cases
• Submit monthly CPF to CPF Board

About you

• A diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent qualifications
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Finance & HR capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint) and have experience using Accounting & HR Software
• Organised, flexible, adaptable and willing to learn
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
