Job Details

- Position: Assistant Finance Manager / Financial Controller

- Experience: 5–7 Years

• Location: Sindhudurg, Maharashtra

• Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Finance

• Qualification: Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field

• Preferred: Experience in 5★ Hotels or Luxury Resorts

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• F&B cost control and inventory management

• Daily hotel revenue and income reconciliation

• Food & beverage cost analysis

• MIS and financial reporting

• Stock audit and variance analysis

• Budgeting and cost control

• AP/AR and account reconciliation

• GST, TDS and statutory compliance

• Financial analysis and reporting

• POS, PMS and ERP knowledge

• Strong MS Excel skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills
