Dropon is een jong en dynamisch Gents SaaS-bedrijf, actief in de logistieke last-mile sector. Ons platform bouwt verder op software die oorspronkelijk ontwikkeld werd door de ecologische koeriersdienst Bubble Post.

Onze software helpt bedrijven met het automatisch plannen en optimaliseren van routes, de opvolging van leveringen en het stroomlijnen van klantcommunicatie. Vandaag wordt ze gebruikt in tal van segmenten, zoals thuisleveringen van verse maaltijden, horecabelevering, groothandel en het transport van meubelen, medisch materiaal, bouwmaterialen en pakjes.

We zijn actief in een sterk groeiende markt en willen met onze innovatieve aanpak zowel nieuwe als traditionele bedrijven helpen hun logistieke processen te optimaliseren en hun klantentevredenheid te verhogen.

We zijn op zoek naar een Full Stack Software Developer (CTO) om onze groei te versnellen.

Een functie met enorm veel leerpotentieel, waarin je ons hoogtechnologisch platform beheert en verder uitbouwt, samen met een gedreven en ambitieus team.

🚀 Jouw Missie:

• Ontwikkelen van nieuwe functionaliteiten
• Meedenken en uitwerken van nieuwe concepten en technologieën
• Onderhouden en verbeteren van de verschillende applicaties
• Schaalbaarheid van ons platform verder zetten
• Nauwe samenwerking met jouw teamgenoten

💻 Onze 'main' stack:

• ReactJs (typescript)
• GoLang
• GraphQL
• MongoDB

📚 Jouw minimale kennis:

• Go of gelijkaardig (strictly typed)
• Functioneel programmeren
• React
• MongoDB

💪 Over jou:

• Je hebt ervaring met: Backend, frontend, devops
• Je houdt van gedocumenteerde, indented code
• Je voelt jou comfortable bij het delegeren van opdrachten (project management naar freelancers toe)
• Je kan use-cases van de klant begrijpen en deze omzetten in projecten
• Je hebt goede Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden - English is our talk
• Je bent pro-actief, leergierig en hebt oog voor detail

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer (CTO) to accelerate our growth.
