Location: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities: Promote the company's Forex & CFD products and services to prospective clients
Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Maximize client conversion and identify future sales opportunities
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
Stay updated with financial markets, trading products, and industry trends
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance standardsRequirements: Native or Fluent Mandarin (Written & Spoken)
Mandatory experience in the Forex & CFD Industry
Previous experience in Conversion or Retention Sales within Forex/CFD
Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Experience with CRM systems and trading platforms
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
