Job Description Position: GST Executive

Department: Accounts & Finance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, etc.)
• Ensure timely compliance with GST laws and regulations
• Reconcile sales, purchase data, and input tax credit (ITC)
• Coordinate with stores/vendors for GST-related documentation
• Handle GST notices, audits, and departmental queries
• Maintain accurate GST records and reports
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities
• Stay updated with changes in GST rules and notifications

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification
• 1–3 years of experience in GST compliance (retail experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of GST laws and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach
