Inventory Controller

Position Summary

  The Inventory Controller is responsible for monitoring, recording, and managing the flow of goods, supplies, and materials in and out of the NCLU office. The role covers daily delivery checks, inventory accuracy, marketing-material preparation, and after-sales reporting in support of store and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Logistics

· Monitor deliveries received through JNT and update status accordingly.

· Count and verify the contents of every box received from the store to the office.

· Sort and organize incoming products as needed.

· Monitor stocks of e-commerce SKUs and flag low/overstock items.

· Prepare ordered stocks and samples from the TikTok Shop.

· Prepare personal-use items and welcome kits for new hires / activations.

· Monitor and dispose of expired products following company procedure.

Office & Administrative Support

· Monitor office in/out (front-desk coverage) and log any important incidents that happened during the day.

· Identify office-supply needs and request budget / buy-out immediately.

· Prepare Area Sales Supervisor requests (wobblers, stickers, violators).

· Accomplish Daily Report (DR) and CPOA every afternoon.

Marketing Materials & ROM Support

· Prepare IDs and uniforms for waybill / ROM requests (weekly cycle).

· Monitor and replenish uniform stocks.

· Manage freebies (preparation and monitoring when needed).

· Print and monitor promo posters for store and event rollouts.

· Prepare and waybill ROM requests — ID, uniform, top-shelf, acrylics, and similar items.

Reporting

· Report TikTok sales encoded in the HEBE App.

· Report TikTok samples encoded in the HEBE App.

Qualifications

· At least Senior High School graduate; college level / graduate is an advantage.

· With or without experience — training will be provided.

· Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Workspace, messaging apps).

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and record-keeping.

· Willing to learn, dependable, and able to work Monday to Saturday.

· Can start immediately.
