IT Systems Administrator - Việc làm HOT

Maintain the secure, reliable and recoverable operation of SHOEfabrik infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, identity platforms, networks, business systems and factory technology. The position provides second-line technical support, administers assigned operational platforms, maintains documentation and control evidence, coordinates suppliers, and supports infrastructure, security and business-continuity improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Servers and virtualisation: administer physical and virtual servers, VMware, storage, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP; monitor health and capacity.

Network: administer firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, WAN/LAN, VLAN and VPN, and keep the office, factory and remote users securely connected.

Microsoft 365 and identity: administer Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive; manage joiners, movers, leavers, licences, permissions and MFA.

Backup and recovery: run backup platforms, investigate failures, and test restores and recovery scenarios.

Security: administer endpoint and firewall controls, handle alerts, renew certificates and support audits.

Business systems: support the infrastructure and SQL services behind critical applications such as PLM, and coordinate with vendors.

Factory technology: administer CCTV, biometric, door-control and barrier-gate systems.

Support and improvement: provide second-line support, keep documentation, change records and asset and renewal schedules, and automate routine work with PowerShell.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have

Degree or diploma in IT or a related field

At least three years of relevant systems-administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated practical experience

Core technical knowledge:
Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration.

VMware, storage (SAN/NAS) and backup technologies.

Networking: TCP/IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and firewalls.

Windows 10/11 and macOS support; endpoint security.

PowerShell or similar scripting; basic SQL troubleshooting.

Azure Storage and Site Recovery; TLS/SSL certificate management.

Nice to have knowledge about:
Sophos, Fortinet, HP/HPE, Veeam or Veritas.

CCTV, biometric or physical-security systems.

ITIL practices, factory experience, or a relevant certification.
