Junior Accountant

• Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally.
• Maintain ledgers, journal entries, cash/bank books, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and generate GST invoices and maintain proper billing records.
• Handle GST and TDS entries and maintain related records.
• Maintain and track inventory, stock, and purchase/sales transactions in Tally.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for goods dispatch and delivery documentation.
• Verify bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Prepare regular MIS and financial reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Ensure proper accounting and timely updating of all financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.
• Regularly backup Tally data and ensure data security.
• Coordinate with auditors, management, and other departments whenever required.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in day-to-day accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting-related tools.
• Good understanding of ledger, journal, bank reconciliation, and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
