Junior Accountant

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain GST-related records and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns within the prescribed timelines.
• Verify purchase and sales invoices for GSTIN, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, and other details.
• Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) with GSTR-2B and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
• Maintain proper records of GST invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and amendments.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve GST invoice and reconciliation issues.
• Assist in GST payment calculations and ensure timely payment of tax liabilities.
• Support the senior accountant in GST reconciliation and compliance activities.
• Prepare bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
• Assist in responding to GST notices, queries, and requests for information under the guidance of seniors.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the Accountant or Finance Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
