Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting entries and records
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Support in bank reconciliations and ledger verification
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Support during audits and compliance processes
• Handle basic GST/TDS documentation and entries (if applicable)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent)

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Tally ERP or similar accounting software
• Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS)
