Key Responsibilities
- Handle commercial and accounting-related activities within the procurement function.
- Prepare and review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Support procurement-related commercial processes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and applicable commercial laws.
- Assist with internal controls, audits and related documentation.
- Perform reconciliation and analyse commercial/financial data.
- Work effectively on SAP and MS Excel for daily commercial activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of commercial and accounting matters.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and entries
- Good analytical and commercial skills
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes
- Working knowledge of GST & TDS
- Knowledge of commercial laws and compliance
- Hands-on experience in SAP
- Good proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
