Maintenance Staff

JG Superstore is looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Staff to support our day-to-day store and facility operations. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall condition of our facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry works, repairs, and minor facility improvements.
• Conduct basic air-conditioning cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform painting and touch-up works as needed.
• Assist with basic welding and minor metal repairs.
• Perform basic housekeeping and cleaning duties, especially in vacant or unoccupied areas.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, fixtures, equipment, and other areas requiring maintenance.
• Respond to minor maintenance concerns and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Assist in the setup, repair, and maintenance of store facilities and operational areas.
• Ensure that maintenance activities are performed safely and properly.
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With experience in general maintenance, building maintenance, or facility maintenance is preferred.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on skills in carpentry, painting, welding, and air-conditioning cleaning.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Willing to perform various maintenance duties based on operational requirements.
• Responsible, hardworking, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on-site and follow company safety and operational procedures.

Work Schedule

Full-time | On-site
6 days per week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
