- Review the daily metrics for errors, missing entries, or anomalies and ensure data quality before reports are finalized
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports; deliver coaching and progressive disciplinary documentation as needed
- Lead daily pre-shift and post-shift briefings
- Lead investigations of all safety incidents and capture near-miss reports; produce written investigation reports with root cause and corrective actions
- Submit Daily and Weekly Operations Reports to Leadership team
- Serve as the operational liaison with ramp leadership and bag room leadership, coordinating on flight schedules, gate assignments, baggage flow, and irregular operations
- Coordinate fleet availability with maintenance partners, triaging downed units and prioritizing repairs against operational demand
You Have
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid US driver's license
- Must be able to pass federal background checks and receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge
- Strong communication, organizational, and people-leadership skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Ability to use standard office software (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) for reporting and team management
We Prefer
- Prior experience in aviation, airport, or airside operations
- Familiarity with autonomous systems or autonomous vehicle operations
- Experience leading distributed or multi-shift teams
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This role is performed primarily in an active airside environment at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The Supervisor must be able to:

- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb in and out of ground support equipment as required
- Work in proximity to active aircraft, with exposure to jet noise, jet blast, fumes, and other ramp-environment hazards
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times when on the ramp
