De werkzaamheden
- Controle en zorg aan ketenzorgpatiënten.
Wij vragen
- Een allround POH S.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
Wij bieden
- Een goede samenwerking met doktersassistenten, huisartsen en andere POH's.
- Een tijdelijk contract voor 8 uren per week.
- Salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de CAO Huisartsenzorg.
Over ons
Onze praktijk bestaat uit 2 huisartsen, 3 doktersassistenten, 1 POH-GGZ en 1 POH-O. Onze praktijk heeft een afwisselende patiëntenpopulatie. Wij bieden laagdrempelige eerstelijnszorg.
