Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily production activities across plant operations

• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards

• Handle batch processes, chemical reactions, and process parameters control

• Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and shift records

• Optimize yield, cycle time, and process efficiency

• Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC, EHS, and RD teams

• Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective preventive actions (CAPA)

• Ensure compliance with statutory, TNPCB, and environmental regulations

• Support internal/external audits and inspections

  Required Skills

• Knowledge of chemical plant operations and batch processing

• Basic understanding of PFD, PID, mass heat balance

• Familiarity with equipment like Reactors, ANF, Centrifuge, Dryers, Pumps

• Awareness of Process Safety Management (PSM) practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work in shift operations
