Voor een opdrachtgever in Overijssel zijn wij op zoek naar een projectleider die de dagelijkse aansturing van infra- of GWW-projecten voor zijn of haar rekening neemt, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit, stuurt het projectteam aan en bent het aanspreekpunt richting opdrachtgever tijdens de uitvoering. Je schakelt tussen ontwerp, uitvoering en omgeving om het project soepel te laten verlopen.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, richting civiele techniek
- Aantoonbare ervaring als projectleider binnen de infra- of GWW-sector
- Sterke coördinerende en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Ervaring met aansturing van projectteams
