Quantity Surveyor

Experience: Minimum 10 Years.

​ENTAG is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a major environmental and civil infrastructure project involving heavy earthworks, bulk excavation, geosynthetic lining, leachate/drainage systems, site roads, reinforced concrete structures.

The candidate will be Manage all costs, contracts, and financial aspects related to civil infrastructure project and, ensuring compliance with budgets, regulations, and quality standards.

​Key Responsibilities:

· ​Manage all project commercial matters, including BOQ administration, measurement, interim payment applications (IPCs), and final accounts.

· ​Perform precise volume and material take-offs for bulk earthworks, geomembrane liners, piping networks, and concrete structures.

· ​Administer subcontract contracts, review subcontractor invoices, evaluate variation orders, and process claims.

· ​Track project budgets, monitor heavy equipment and operational costs, and produce monthly financial/cost-to-complete reports.

· ​Manage variation submissions, contractual notices, and dispute resolution in coordination with project management.

​Mandatory Requirements:

· ​Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

· ​10 years of quantity surveying experience, including major civil infrastructure, earthworks, and heavy construction projects.

· ​Previous UAE/Abu Dhabi project experience and familiarity with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC).

· ​High proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, quantity takeoff software, and advanced MS Excel.

· ​Demonstrated expertise in measurement of earthworks, geosynthetic containment systems, and civil utility networks.

· ​Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication and negotiation skills.

· ​Available for full-time site work in Al Ain.

· Appointment is subject to technical interview and Employer/Engineer approval.

· ​Preferred: Landfill/environmental infrastructure experience, MRICS/RICS candidate, UAE driving licence, and immediate availability.
