Job Overview
The Relationship Manager will manage and nurture relationships with MFDs, driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective representation of ITI Mutual Fund products.

Key Responsibilities

• MFD Engagement: Identify, onboard and maintain strong relationships with MFDs, providing support and product updates.
• Sales Development: Achieve sales targets by enabling MFDs to promote ITI Mutual Fund products. Conduct product presentations and training sessions to boost MFD engagement.
• Market Strategy: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and MFD needs to enhance ITIs market presence. Gather feedback for product improvement.
• Operational Support: Assist MFDs with transactions, resolve queries and ensure smooth operations for high satisfaction levels.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, excellent communication, sales and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented, analytical and customer-centric mindset. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
